Short version: Cancel any time — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. We offer a 7-day refund window for new subscriptions if you haven't published any tours. Contact us at vantage360support@gmail.com for any billing issues.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings → Billing page in your account. Cancellation is immediate and takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
After cancellation:

Refund requests that meet all criteria above will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
Chargebacks and disputes filed with your bank will result in immediate account suspension. Please contact us first — we resolve billing issues quickly and fairly.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your card issuer but are typically 5–10 business days after approval.
The Free plan is free of charge and does not involve any payment. No refund is applicable to Free plan usage.
If we change the price of a subscription plan, we will notify existing subscribers at least 30 days in advance via email. You will have the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.
